Laserscan Business Equipment Pty Ltd Service and Repair all makes and models of Photocopiers, Copiers, Laser Printers, Fax Machines, Document Scanners and Multifunction Devices within Melbourne Metropolitan area.

Laserscan specialise in the Service and Repair of Ricoh, Lanier and Infotec Photocopier Printer Multifunction Laser Fax machines.

We do not charge a call out fee but there is minimum charge from $110.00 inc. GST which covers up to 1 hour labour (most office machines can be fully serviced on-site within this time however extra labour is charged out pro-rata every 15 minute intervals and any parts required are extra) Laserscan also offer service/repair and maintenance agreements on the following brands:

Laserscan Business Equipment Pty Ltd also provides maintenance agreements which are all inclusive of labour, parts and toner. They are charged at a per page rate and billed monthly (2000 copies per month is the minimum).

Maintenance Agreement customers are given priority on all service calls. A technician will attend your place of business the same day to have your machine serviced and repaired with minimal down time.
